How often is each recording played in the ÖSD Zertifikat A2?

It is fixed for each part: Teil 1: 1×; Teil 2: 2×; Teil 3: 1×. No recording is played more often than that.

How long is the reading part of the ÖSD Zertifikat A2?

30 minutes for 2 parts with 10 tasks in total.

Can you practise the speaking part of the ÖSD Zertifikat A2 on your own?
