Bought in the App Store or on Google Play: in your store's subscription settings. Bought in the web version: with «Cancel contracts here» at the bottom of every page, or in the web version under Profile.
How do I restore my purchases?
In the app under Profile → Restore purchases. Signed in with Apple or Google, your purchases count on every device of your account.
How do I delete my account and my data?
In the app under Profile → Delete account, or on the «Delete account» page linked at the bottom of this page.
My AI assessment does not arrive?
Without a connection it waits in a queue and is sent as soon as you are back online. If it still does not arrive, write to us with the time and the task.
